Lechaber is a post-army Student Beit
Midrash and fellowship for lone soldiers in
Tel Aviv, built on five pillars: demanding
Torah learning that speaks to real life, a
committed garin (core-group) that grows
and leads together, hands-on community
building on and around campus,
mentorship and professional pathways
anchored in Tel Aviv’s ecosystem, and a full
post-army support system for wellbeing
and resilience. Fellows live in Ramat Aviv,
learn daily with top educators, create an
open Beit Midrash, and cultivate the skills,
relationships, and purpose to shape Jewish
life—on campus, in community, and into
their careers.
